What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, designation, company, work email, phone number, country and city, your website if you give it, and the details of what you are asking about — collections, products, quantity, timeline and any message. We also record which page you submitted from and any UTM campaign parameters in the URL, so we know which channel your enquiry came through.
Where it goes
Each submission is emailed to our sales team through Resend, and appended as a row to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open. You also receive a confirmation email with a reference number. We do not sell or share these details with anyone else.
Spam protection
Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile and a rate limit keyed on your IP address. Your IP address is used for that check and is not stored alongside your enquiry.
Analytics
We record which pages are visited and which forms are started and completed. These events carry no personal details — a business type and a quantity band, never a name or an email address.
How long we keep it

Asking us to delete your details
Email sales@bittocorporation.com with your reference number and we will remove your record from both the mailbox and the sheet. TODO[client]: confirm the response window you want to commit to.
